We didn't change much in the upstairs hallway.  The ceiling was replaced since water
damaged had caused the plaster to start falling down.  We also put in new light
fixtures since the single incandescent lamp with a string was not quite fancy enough.  
Michele also added a sconce next to the bathroom door.
